With an initial quotation/money allocation. A second site visit to achieve a fixed price quote and finally all correspondence throughout your build are acknowledged so that nothing is left to chance or second guessing.
We believe with the above approach that the streamlining and cascade of information should be seamless and also reflects within the build.
