James and his team recently finished an extension to build a down stairs toilet on the front of our house. The whole team were friendly and professional. We could not be happier with the results, the extension looks great inside and out. James and his team were very thorough and their attention to detail is top notch. James went above and beyond all expectations with the build and included some extras with no extra cost, which we were so grateful for.

James and the team have done a brilliant job on our extension, creating our dream kitchen/diner which is now the hub of the family home. They really listened to what we wanted to use the new room for and cmae up with design ideas to achieve this. All the guys were so helpful and friendly, with a fantastic work ethic. We used Hammond Construction in March 2017 for a garage conversion for a bedroom and wet room and extensions to our kitchen and dining room. We are very pleased with all aspects of work done. The workmen were very kind considerate and hard working, always on time and the house was left in a tidy condition at the end of each day. We would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone.

I have had a number of building projects expertly handled by Hammond Construction. The quotes are accurate, the time-frames are accurate. The staff (both on site and office based) are polite, professional, friendly and (on site) always clean up after themselves. There is normally a weekly ’round-up’ of what has been achieved, along with plans for the following week, either in person or by email. I highly recommend Hammond Construction and will be using them again on the next project.

Wow! On time, On Budget, Beautiful result…what more can you ask for from a Builder ? We chose James from a selection of builders who quoted, based on his professional approach and commitment to finish the project in time for a family occasion. Throughout the process James and his team were dedicated, friendly, reliable and hardworking. As a result they turned around our work in about 19 Days, creating a new kitchen diner, downstairs loo, and created internal and external double doors. We found James (and Jenny) really easy to work with, and they made some really helpful suggestions, sourced good products to suit our budget, anticipated problems and found good solutions. So far their after sales service has been excellent, sorting out snagging quickly. Could not be happier!

James is an honest builder with a professional attitude and extremely competent lads working for him. Work was done on time, on budget and executed skilfully. Recommended, no nonsense, easy to work with and good value.

James upgraded our kitchen and terrace. He is a masterbuilder of the highest calibre. He was reliable and efficient from the beginning when he gave us quotes, to the very end. James is phased by nothing and no job is too big or difficult. He gave us good advice to save us money and always had our best interests at heart. He is fully qualified and skilled to do any job- construction/ electrics and plumbing and this meant that no job was subcontracted and therefore additional costs were avoided. We were amazed at his speed, skill and perfection. He ensured that the floor/walls and pipework was all perfect before the kitchen was installed. I even went away for 10 days whilst the work was going on , and didnt need to project manage! We love our new kitchen and terrace and have already booked him to come back and pave our front garden, install a fire place and renovate our dining room. We were very lucky to hire James and his great team.

James and his team came in with a good price for the works and handled everything including building control and kept us informed the whole way through. Very tidy job with no mess as they cleaned up as they went.
