Over the last five years we have noticed an increase in upgrades to properties, to enhance living spaces and accommodation. Due to the need of extra space families are finding it easier and frequently cost effective to stay in a home they love with friends, families, schools & amenities local to them second to none, with this in mind this build for Mr & Mrs Marshall was constructed in a timely fashion and their refinements, requests and expectations fulfilled.

We removed a rear conservatory, internal main supporting walls x 2, to the complete rear of the house and constructed a new kitchen/diner/family space with downstairs cloakroom, heating upgrade, all adjustments and certified electrical upgrades. Taking into consideration the views over the valley and access.

We think the colour scheme, quality of Howdens kitchen and refinements Mr & Mrs Marshall added to this build, with the premium products have enhanced their property, saleability and value.
